The crispy outside and fluffy inside of the overnight French toast is topped with a warm sauce made with orange liqueur, fresh orange, butter, and caramel, which is reminiscent of crepe Suzette, to give it a fresh orange aroma and a subtle liqueur flavor that fills the mouth. The dish is a mouthful of fresh orange flavor and a hint of liqueur flavor.
